God Is My Strength and Song
In times of distress where do you find strength? What gives you joy? unfortunately many people look for strength and joy in relationships, people, addictive substances and vices but not the Lord. For believers in Jesus Christ our strength should be in God.

Psalm 118 is rich in it's praise and thanksgiving for salvation, that only comes from the Lord. It falls in a collection of 6 Psalms known as the "Egyptian Hallel" which recounts Israels salvation and redemption from Egyptian bondage. We too as believers in Christ have experienced salvation and redemption from bondage to sin. In this short series we will explore what we can be thankful for in our salvation.
